Baby Shop & Baby Brand Name Ideas

When starting your own baby store, think carefully about your business name. New parents want to feel secure in the shops they choose to purchase from for their new babies, and having a business name that exudes trustworthiness can be a big help.

Whether you’re opening a baby clothing store or selling wholesome baby food, you want something soft and inviting for your baby store name—something that brings new parents into the fold seamlessly and shouts, “We’re here for you” from the rooftops. You don’t have to go it alone: Our baby business name generator can help you find the perfect name for your company.

Come up with catchy names for your baby business by following these guidelines:

Ensure that your baby business name resonates with new parents

New parents want to feel good about where they shop. Since your business name will be their first impression of your store, it’s important to make sure it resonates and gets them interested in what you’re selling.

Baby store Hello Bello’s name is successful because it’s cutesy, reminding parents of their little ones. With the cute rhyme and gibberish word, it’s on-brand for a baby shop.

Select baby shop names that are easy to spell and pronounce

Finding business name ideas that are easy to spell ensures that customers can properly search for your business or type in your website URL. And a baby business name that’s easy to pronounce helps improve your word-of-mouth marketing. It may seem like a good idea to find a store name that’s unique, but you’re going to have a hard time increasing your customer base if no one can spell or say your business name.

One great real-world example is the shop Owlet—by using the familiar name of a baby animal, it’s able to tell customers what the store is about while also making sure it’s an easy name to pronounce and spell.

Choose from unique baby business names that represent what your store is about

Many great business name ideas directly state what the store sells. For example, you might come up with a name like “Sally’s Baby Clothes” or “Baby’s Bottom Cloth Diapers.” Incorporating what you’re actually selling into your business name helps customers know what to expect from your store without having to do further research.

Of course, that’s not the only route to go. As you’ll see below in our 40+ baby name examples, sometimes just using a name that sounds sweet and innocent can be enough to give an idea of what you’re selling.

Use descriptive language that builds trust

When you name your baby store, find business name ideas that exude trust. Selling baby products is only possible when the customer knows they’re making the best choice for their child. You have to ensure your company name helps showcase the safety and security of your baby brand.

Start by thinking of baby company names that are as special as the name for your baby. Then consider sweet sayings that new parents love—phrases that make them feel connected with your brand. One great example is the store Lovevery. By combining the words “love” and “every,” it’s able to establish trust with their customers through a store name that exudes care.

Keep brainstorming until you find a store name that’s meaningful

A new baby can be the most meaningful part of a parent’s life, and your new business name needs to reflect that. When workshopping a meaningful baby business name, try including a word that holds emotional significance, like “family,” “joy,” “love,” or “blessing.” Whether you sell baby clothes, cloth diapers, or baby toys, use our baby business name generator to help you find a name that is meaningful and important.

The perfect name for your little bub sings to you and captures all the dreams and hopes you have for your baby in a few simple letters.

Finding that bang-on moniker usually takes some time. Creating shortlists, comparing with your partner and searching for inspiration. Or you could turn to modern technology to help cut to the chase. There are baby name apps to help you narrow your focus, and even those that will let your baby choose their own name!

We’ve found nine of the best baby name apps to help you pick the perfect one for your bundle of joy.

1. Let your baby decide

The Kick to Pick app lets your unborn baby choose their own name. Make a shortlist of favourite names, or leave it to chance and pop your phone on your baby bump. Then press start on the app and wait until your baby chooses their name with a kick.

2. Babyname – Tinder for baby names!

Babyname is like Tinder for baby names. You and your partner both upload it, you swipe right if you like a name and left if you don’t. Hopefully, you and your baby daddy will eventually get a match.

 3. Nametrix – everything you wanted to know about names

Want your offspring to be a future doctor or politician? The Nametrix app will tell you the professional leanings of each name (as well as if they’re considered a stripper name!).

4. Baby Names!! for a touch of name magic

Ask the Baby Names!! genie for the names that work perfectly with your name, and your partner’s.

 5. Use an online name assistant

Get a shortlist going just by ‘hearting’ the names you love, and blocking those you don’t on Nymbler.

6. Use a cool name generator

Type your name into this brilliant name generator and it will tell you how popular your name was the year you were born. Based on that number, it will tell you what your name would’ve been if you were born today – use that as your bub’s name!

7. Look to the stars

If you’re partial to a celestial baby name or astrology signs and their meaning, give this Astrological Baby Names Finder a whirl – but keep in mind it all could change if your baby decides to arrive early, or make a late entrance.

8. Ask Mum’s Grapevine!

damn it, if the boy’s name is Milashka, think that some scoundrel and rascal will grow out of him. Basically, it doesn’t sound too bad.

      Hello everyone!

As I noticed, mostly (future) mothers communicate in this topic. Dad something is almost imperceptible.
I will try to make up for the lack of dads a little, since I am one.

At the moment I am also trying to decide on the name of the unborn child.
I myself am Kazakh, my wife is Russian. We want a name that is unusual, international. It is possible and national, but rare.

There is no shortage of options for a girl:
Emilia, Elmira, Amalia, Nika, Anida, Eileen

But we can’t find anything for a boy

      Jaromir — sounds good!!!

In Slavonic it means «sunny world».
But I came across in dictionaries and the Muslim version — Yaramir, which in translation will be «beloved prince».

do you happen to know what it means?

      unfortunately I don’t know.
I have not yet understood the meanings of the chosen names.
names are all rather unusual and not all names will probably have interpretations …

At work I often encounter with the English. I guess that’s why I have difficulty with the accent.
The problem with this name is (the problem is in my particular case) that the name Alan is too similar to mine. I wish the names didn’t match.

Emil, Arman, Daniyar, Nurlan, Erik, Arlan, Amir, Ali, Sultan….in my opinion, beautiful names……
      we might like something….

Emil is a pretty good name, but for some reason it seems to me purely Tatar. probably because it is consonant with the name Nail. and Nail seems to be a Tatar name.
Arman — this option was also spinning in my head, but still I want a more «modern» name
      Daniyar — I don’t like it somehow
Nurlan — this name was also on my mind, but still choosing from traditional ones, for some reason I like the name Chingiz or Almas.
Eric — very modern, distinctive, but it looks like quite a lot of Erics are being born lately
      Arlan — that’s practically my name, I wouldn’t want such «sameness».
Amir is a very good name, I don’t seem to have any complaints about this name
Ali — bad associations since childhood (one NON-friend was called that), but in general the name is beautiful
Sultan is also a good name, I remember in my childhood my father wanted to call my younger brother that, but in the end he called Zhanibek.

BALAPAN, excuse me for criticizing most of the names you suggested, in no way did I mean to offend anyone. I just don’t like most of them personally. as they say, the taste and color of a friend is not, someone likes it, someone does not.
