How to make a fraction in Word, how to write a formula with a fraction or insert a fractional number in Microsoft Word 2007, 2010, 2013 on a computer

Slash settings This is the setting that is usually used in texts.
When writing commonly used fractions, usually triggers autocorrect , for example, if you write the fraction 1/2, 1/4, 3/4, etc. and press the spacebar, they will take this form — ½, ¼, ¾. But rare ones like 1/5, 8/3, 5/2 are not automatically replaced.
Special characters can be used to insert them into text:
