Noah The Movie

  • This movie is all some will know about the
    subject
  • This movie will become truth to some who watch
    it
  • This movie is a mixture of Bible truth and
    man-made fiction (agenda)
  • This movie will give us an opportunity to talk
    with others about the truth

4
About the Producer

  • Aronofsky said this about the spiritual side of
NOAH I dont think its a very religious story.
I think its a great fable thats part of so many
different religions and spiritual practices. I
just think its a great story thats never been
    on film.
  • This doesnt come to a surprise based on
Aronofskys spiritual themes of his previous
films. The movie THE FOUNTAIN is filled with
syncretism that borrows from all types of New Age
beliefs. In an interview with Gadfly, Aronofsky
said this about the religious aspects of his
other upcoming movie, LIFE OF PI, based on the
    popular bestseller

5
About the Producer

  • I think religion is often very different than
spirituality. Religion is often about rules and
people trying to control our lives who are
actually very unspiritual. Another message of the
film is that God can be found anywhere, and, in
fact, everywhere. And so you dont necessarily
need a religious dogma to get you to
    spirituality.

Ken Ham

  • Here are a few more problem areas seen in the
rough cut of the film, most of which I expect to
    be in the final film
  • In the film, Noah was robbed of his birthright by
Tubal-Cain. The serpents body (i.e., Satan),
which was shed in Eden, was their birthright
reminder. It also doubled with magical power
that they would wrap around their arm. So weird!
  • Noahs family only consists of his wife, three
sons, and one daughter-in-law, contrary to the
    Bible.

7
Ken Ham

  • It appears as if every species was crammed in the
Ark instead of just the kinds of animals, thus
mocking the Ark account the same way secularists
    do today.
  • Rocks (that seem to be fallen angels) build the
    Ark with Noah!
  • Methuselah (Noahs grandfather) is a type of
    witch-doctor, whose mental health is
    questionable.
  • Tubal-Cain defeats the Rocks who were protecting
    the finished Ark.

8
Ken Ham

  • A wounded Tubal-Cain axes his way inside the Ark
in only about ten minutes and then hides inside.
Tubal-Cain then convinces the middle son to lure
Noah to the bottom of the Ark in order to murder
him (because he was not allowed a wife in the
Ark). Tubal-Cain stays alive by eating
hibernating lizards. The middle son of Noah has a
change of heart and helps kill Tubal-Cain
    instead.
  • Noah becomes almost crazy as he believes the only
purpose to his familys existence was to help
build the Ark for the innocent animals (this is
    a worship of creation).

9
Ken Ham

  • Noah repeatedly tells his family that they were
the last generation and were never to procreate.
So when his daughter-in-law becomes pregnant, he
vows to murder his own grandchild. But he finally
    has a change of heart.
  • Noah does not have a relationship with God but
rather with circumstances and has deadly visions
    of the Flood.
  • The Ark lands on a cliff next to a beach.

10
Ken Ham

  • After the Flood Noah becomes so distant from his
family that he lives in a cave, getting drunk by
    the beach.

  • By faith Noah, being warned of God concerning
things not seen as yet, moved with godly fear,
prepared an ark to the saving of his house
through which he condemned the world, and became
heir of the righteousness which is according to
    faith.

12
Noahs Ark Is About

  • 1. Divine judgment upon sinful man (Genesis 6)

13

  • 5 And Jehovah saw that the wickedness of man was
great in the earth, and that every imagination of
the thoughts of his heart was only evil
continually. 6 And it repented Jehovah that he
had made man on the earth, and it grieved him at
his heart. 7 And Jehovah said, I will destroy man
whom I have created from the face of the ground
both man, and beast, and creeping things, and
birds of the heavens for it repenteth me that I
have made them. 8 But Noah found favor in the
eyes of Jehovah. 9 These are the generations of
Noah. Noah was a righteous man, and perfect in
his generations Noah walked with God.
  • 10 And Noah begat three sons, Shem, Ham, and
Japheth. 11 And the earth was corrupt before God,
and the earth was filled with violence. 12 And
God saw the earth, and, behold, it was corrupt
for all flesh had corrupted their way upon the
earth. 13 And God said unto Noah, The end of all
flesh is come before me for the earth is filled
with violence through them and, behold, I will
destroy them with the earth. (Genesis 65-14)

14

  • 11 And I will establish my covenant with you
neither shall all flesh be cut off any more by
the waters of the flood neither shall there any
more be a flood to destroy the earth. 12 And God
said, This is the token of the covenant which I
make between me and you and every living creature
that is with you, for perpetual generations 13 I
do set my bow in the cloud, and it shall be for a
token of a covenant between me and the earth. 14
And it shall come to pass, when I bring a cloud
over the earth, that the bow shall be seen in the
cloud, 15 and I will remember my covenant, which
is between me and you and every living creature
of all flesh and the waters shall no more become
a flood to destroy all flesh. 16 And the bow
shall be in the cloud and I will look upon it,
that I may remember the everlasting covenant
between God and every living creature of all
flesh that is upon the earth. 17 And God said
unto Noah, This is the token of the covenant
which I have established between me and all flesh
that is upon the earth. (Genesis 911-17 see
    Isaiah 549)

15

  • 31 This is now, beloved, the second epistle that
I write unto you and in both of them I stir up
your sincere mind by putting you in remembrance
2 that ye should remember the words which were
spoken before by the holy prophets, and the
commandments of the Lord and Saviour through your
apostles 3 knowing this first, that in the last
days mockers shall come with mockery, walking
after their own lusts, 4 and saying, Where is the
promise of his coming? for, from the day that the
fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they
were from the beginning of the creation. 5 For
this they willfully forget, that there were
heavens from of old, and an earth compacted out
of water and amidst water, by the word of God 6
by which means the world that then was, being
overflowed with water, perished 7 but the
heavens that now are, and the earth, by the same
word have been stored up for fire, being reserved
against the day of judgment and destruction of
    ungodly men. (2 Peter 31-7)

16

  • 8 But forget not this one thing, beloved, that
one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and
a thousand years as one day. 9 The Lord is not
slack concerning his promise, as some count
slackness but is longsuffering to you-ward, not
wishing that any should perish, but that all
should come to repentance. 10 But the day of the
Lord will come as a thief in the which the
heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and
the elements shall be dissolved with fervent
heat, and the earth and the works that are
therein shall be burned up. 11 Seeing that these
things are thus all to be dissolved, what manner
of persons ought ye to be in all holy living and
godliness, 12 looking for and earnestly desiring
the coming of the day of God, by reason of which
the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and
the elements shall melt with fervent heat? 13
But, according to his promise, we look for new
heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth
righteousness. 14 Wherefore, beloved, seeing that
ye look for these things, give diligence that ye
may be found in peace, without spot and blameless
in his sight. (2 Peter 38-14)

17

  • By faith Noah, being warned of God concerning
things not seen as yet, moved with godly fear,
prepared an ark to the saving of his house
through which he condemned the world, and became
heir of the righteousness which is according to
    faith.

Noahs Ark Is About

  • 1. Divine judgment upon sinful man
  • 2. Faithful and fearful obedience to Gods word
    (Genesis 6)

19

  • 14 Make thee an ark of gopher wood rooms shalt
thou make in the ark, and shalt pitch it within
and without with pitch. 15 And this is how thou
shalt make it the length of the ark three
hundred cubits, the breadth of it fifty cubits,
and the height of it thirty cubits. 16 A light
shalt thou make to the ark, and to a cubit shalt
thou finish it upward and the door of the ark
shalt thou set in the side thereof with lower,
second, and third stories shalt thou make it. 17
And I, behold, I do bring the flood of waters
upon this earth, to destroy all flesh, wherein is
the breath of life, from under heaven everything
that is in the earth shall die. 18 But I will
establish my covenant with thee and thou shalt
come into the ark, thou, and thy sons, and thy
wife, and thy sons’ wives with thee. 19 And of
every living thing of all flesh, two of every
sort shalt thou bring into the ark, to keep them
alive with thee they shall be male and female
… 22 Thus did Noah according to all that God
commanded him, so did he. (Genesis 614-22)

20

  • By faith Noah, being warned of God concerning
things not seen as yet, moved with godly fear,
prepared an ark to the saving of his house
through which he condemned the world, and became
heir of the righteousness which is according to
    faith.

  • 3. Gods plan of salvation

22

  • 13 In the selfsame day entered Noah, and Shem,
and Ham, and Japheth, the sons of Noah, and
Noah’s wife, and the three wives of his sons with
them, into the ark 14 they, and every beast
after its kind, and all the cattle after their
kind, and every creeping thing that creepeth upon
the earth after its kind, and every bird after
its kind, every bird of every sort. 15 And they
went in unto Noah into the ark, two and two of
all flesh wherein is the breath of life. 16 And
they that went in, went in male and female of all
flesh, as God commanded him and Jehovah shut him
    in. (Genesis 713-16)

23

  • 18 Because Christ also suffered for sins once,
the righteous for the unrighteous, that he might
bring us to God being put to death in the flesh,
but made alive in the spirit 19 in which also he
went and preached unto the spirits in prison, 20
that aforetime were disobedient, when the
longsuffering of God waited in the days of Noah,
while the ark was a preparing, wherein few, that
is, eight souls, were saved through water 21
which also after a true likeness doth now save
you, even baptism, not the putting away of the
filth of the flesh, but the interrogation of a
good conscience toward God, through the
resurrection of Jesus Christ 22 who is one the
right hand of God, having gone into heaven
angels and authorities and powers being made
subject unto him. (1 Peter 318-22)

24

  • By faith Noah, being warned of God concerning
things not seen as yet, moved with godly fear,

continually. 6 And it repented Jehovah that he
had made man on the earth, and it grieved him at

flesh is come before me for the earth is filled
with violence through them and, behold, I will
destroy them with the earth. (Genesis 65-13)

27

  • 35 Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words
shall not pass away. 36 But of that day and hour
knoweth no one, not even the angels of heaven,
neither the Son, but the Father only. 37 And as
were the days of Noah, so shall be the coming of
the Son of man. 38 For as in those days which
were before the flood they were eating and
drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until
the day that Noah entered into the ark, 39 and
they knew not until the flood came, and took them
all away so shall be the coming of the Son of
    man. (Matthew 2435-39)

28

  • 26 And as it came to pass in the days of Noah,
even so shall it be also in the days of the Son
of man. 27 They ate, they drank, they married,
they were given in marriage, until the day that
Noah entered into the ark, and the flood came,
and destroyed them all. (Luke 1726-27)

thy house into the ark for thee have I seen
righteous before me in this generation. 2 Of

and seven, the male and his female and of the
beasts that are not clean two, the male and his
female 3 of the birds also of the heavens, seven
and seven, male and female, to keep seed alive
upon the face of all the earth. 4 For yet seven
days, and I will cause it to rain upon the earth
forty days and forty nights and every living
thing that I have made will I destroy from off
the face of the ground. 5 And Noah did according
unto all that Jehovah commanded him. (Genesis
    71-5)

33

  • 4 For if God spared not angels when they sinned,
but cast them down to hell, and committed them to

Noah with seven others, a preacher of

Noah and the great flood

  1. Bible for Children
    presents
    NOAH AND
    THE GREAT
    FLOOD
  2. Noah was a man who
    worshiped God. Everyone
    else hated and disobeyed
    God. One day, God said
    something shocking.
    «I will
    destroy
    this wicked
    world,» God
    told Noah.
    «Only your
    family will be saved. »
  3. God said Noah that a great flood would
come and cover the earth. «Build a
wooden ark, a boat big enough for your
family and many animals.» God gave
    Noah exact instructions. Noah
    got busy!
  4. People mocked
    when Noah explained
    why he was making
    an ark.
    Noah
    continued
    to build. He also
    continued to tell
    people about God.
    Nobody listened.
  5. Noah had great faith.
    He believed God even
    though rain had never
    fallen before. Soon
    the ark was ready to
    be loaded with supplies.
  6. God brought many species, of animals:
two of each. All of them made their
    way to the ark.
  7. People shouted insults
at Noah when he loaded the
    animals. They did not stop
    sinning against God. They
    did not ask to enter
    the ark.
  8. Then the rain came.
    A great downpour
    soaked the earth
    for forty days and
    nights.
  9. Waters
    flooded towns
    and villages. When the
    rain stopped, even the mountains
    were under water. Everything
    that breathed air died
  10. As the waters rose, the ark
    floated on top. The ark
    sheltered Noah from
    the flood.
  11. After five months of flooding, God
sent a drying wind. Slowly, the ark
    landed high in the mountains.
    Noah stayed inside another
    forty days as the water
    lowered.
  12. Noah sent a raven and a dove out of the ark’s open
window. the dove returned to Noah because it did
not find a dry, clean place to rest.
  13. A week later, Noah
    tried again. The
    dove came back with
a new olive leaf in its
    beak. The next week
    Noah knew the earth
    was dry because the
    dove did not return.
  14. God told Noah it was time to leave the
ark. Together, Noah and his family
    unloaded the animals.
  15. To thank God,
    Noah built
    an altar and
    worshiped God
    Who saved
    him and his
    family from
    the awful flood.
  16. God gave Noah
    a wonderful
    promise. Never
    again to send
    a flood to judge
    human sin.
    God gave a great
    reminder of His
    promise. The
    rainbow is
    the sign of
    God’s promise.
  17. Noah and his family found new
    beginnings after the flood.
    In time, his descendants re-
    populated the whole earth. All
the nations of the world came
    from Noah and his children.
