Subordinate clause examples
This page from Grammar Bytes has a good list of examples with explanations as to why they are subordinate clauses, stating:
“A subordinate clause cannot stand alone as a sentence because it does not provide a complete thought. The reader is left wondering, ‘So what happened?’”
So looking at the first example in the image above, it asks: “So what happened? Did Amy throw it down the garbage disposal or serve it on toast to her friends?” explaining that because there’s no complete thought here, it is only a fragment of a sentence.

The procedure for deploying and using CryptoPro Archive
who will be visited in 2022 and what will they look for
Since the beginning of the year, people have been shouting from all corners: there will be fewer checks! But statistics say that this is not news, but a trend that has been in previous years. Then what will be more? Let’s figure it out.
Why are there fewer checks?
This is primarily about field tax audits. Their number is really decreasing, and this is a global trend that can be traced in the last few years.
This is happening, of course, not because the tax authorities have sharply improved — they simply expand their ability to collect to the budget without using the GNP tool. The “average check” of penalties is increasing. That is, even before they come to you, «the whole soul will be shaken out.»
The priority of GNP as a tool is being replaced by pre-audit analysis — this is the stage of studying the business by tax authorities, collecting signs and evidence of violations. As a rule, it includes analytical work, sending demands to the business, prompting to clarify and pay extra, summoning for interrogations, and so on.
So the answer to the question “why there are fewer checks” is quite logical: why spend resources on visiting you, if you can recover (and this is the main task of the tax authorities) even before that?
Let’s say right away that pre-audit analysis is a whole range of activities that, in essence, are regulated not by the Tax Code, but by internal tax regulations .
Not so long ago, State Duma deputy Andrey Makarov spoke on this topic : they say that there is no pre-screening analysis procedure in the Tax Code, it is opaque, how will the Federal Tax Service explain this?
Head of the Federal Tax Service Daniil Yegorov answered this : the essence of the actions of the Federal Tax Service is to help businesses answer the questions of tax authorities even before the start of the audit. And no one goes beyond their powers in this process.
The conclusion, in essence, is still the same: if the procedure for the pre-audit analysis of NDT is not regulated, it is necessary to arm yourself with maximum knowledge in order to be able to protect your rights.
Everything about tax audits is in the Clerk’s expert course.
Training is conducted by Ivan Kuznetsov, a lawyer for tax and corporate business security, a former employee of the Economic Crime Department.
In a month, you will learn how to build a defense in case of a threat of a criminal case, how to behave during interrogation, inventory, examination, seizure and determine the legality of the actions of the tax authorities and the police during inspections.

Any statistics?
Yes, you can’t argue with the numbers, they quite convincingly reinforce what we said above.
Here are the statistics given by Kirill Soppa, a certified tax consultant, author and host of the Lessons of Tax Circuitry channel on Facebook and Telegram :
What’s the catch?
And the catch, as can be seen from the table above, is that , more money was collected at the stages of pre-audit analysis, that is, even before checks.
And if so, then the main fear of entrepreneurs is not business inspections at all.
In essence, it turns out that if they began to actively bombard you with demands, this is already a signal that you have come to the attention of the tax authorities. And if so, then first of all, you need to understand: they are “digging” for you or for your counterparty. And then build communication with the tax authorities accordingly.
There are rumors about ASK VAT-3. This is true?
Rumors about a certain system of ASC VAT-3 began to be actively exaggerated in the media. Allegedly, with her help, it will be easier to “dig” for a business. They wrote about it on Clerk a few years ago, but now they are starting to raise the topic again.
We asked experts whether this is a myth or reality, and this is what they answered.
Karina Urberg, partner-lawyer of Center for Economic Security JSB :
— In my opinion, nothing has changed in the development and implementation of the ASC VAT-3 complex since the rumors about it appeared. Yes, the FTS continues to develop its program resources. This is clearly seen from the plans of the Ministry of Finance for 2022-2024. Mr. Yegorov speaks quite openly about integration with banks, the head of the GNIVC spoke a year ago about the work on designing the architecture of the AIS «Nalog-4» based on import substitution technologies… But I think that rumors about ASK-VAT-3 should be left in the past and expect something much bigger from the Federal Tax Service.
Ivan Kuznetsov, Head of the Compliance Solutions Center for Tax and Corporate Business Security, one of Russia’s leading experts on tax and corporate business security, certified tax consultant:
including those marked «chipboard») there are no references to ASK VAT-3, as well as in judicial practice.
In the pre-audit analyzes and GNP for 2021, which we accompanied, there are also exclusively references to the VAT-2 ASC. An activity plan for 2021 has been published on the website of the Federal Tax Service, in which ASC VAT-3 is not mentioned (the plan for 2022 has not yet been published). One of the reasons for the confusion is that the entire automated system of tax authorities (which includes ASK VAT-2) is called AIS «Tax-3».
What to be afraid of?
If ASC VAT-3 is a myth, then what can be expected from the tax authorities and what should businesses prepare for?
— Tax control trends this year — a decrease in the number of inspections, an increase in the average check, the priority of coercion over the appointment of an inspection. It is possible to increase checks against individuals, including the imputation of arrears on foreign assets, — says Kirill Soppa.
Vyacheslav Vasilevsky, lawyer, managing partner of Prometey group of companies adds: interrogations of dismissed employees of the taxpayer will also be in trend — in order to find those offended upon dismissal, who can tell anyone about a «bad» employer.
