Popularity:62
Origin:Hebrew
Meaning:Thankful; God will judge
Jayden is a gender-neutral name of Hebrew origins, meaning “thankful” and “God will judge.” While the name sports age-old biblical ties, Jayden is also considered a stylish and contemporary choice. In the Hebrew Scriptures, Jadon appeared as a figure that helped rebuild the walls of Jerusalem. Today, the name’s combination of “Jay” with its -den suffix places it in close quarters with other modern darlings like Aiden, Hayden, Brayden, and Cayden. The name has also been a popular choice in Hollywood, as celebrity parents Britney Spears and Will and Jada Smith chose the name for their little ones.

to love himself with a black — of the most difficult arts. Everyone in their youth suffered because they were not so brave, not so strong, not so complex, not as smart as others, and at the same time too big-eared. The film «The Real Story of a Teen Wolf Boy» is an example of a new type of cinema in the era of triumphant political correctness. A university of tolerance and understanding, dressed in the form of a modern urban fairy tale.
magic film company
The tale is framed with exquisite engravings in the style of illustrations for the novels about the Knights of the Round Table and divided into chapters with appropriate titles. And at the same time — a completely everyday story about the growing up of a 13-year-old hero, about his attempts to realize himself as a full-fledged personality. And one more thing: this is the story of a «non-standard» guy who tries to overcome his complexes and feel himself on an equal footing with everyone — simply because there are no «standard» ones.
Paul (Jaden Martell) has a rare ailment — lush vegetation covers his face and body like wool. The disease has a scientific name hypertrichosis, but for the film it does not matter: hairiness in the eyes of the townsfolk likens a little boy to a wolf cub and in the film is perceived as a metaphor for any «deviations from the norm» that become a reason for harassment. And the main problem of the hero and the story about him is the art of accepting yourself as you are. And, having gained inner freedom, to love yourself this way.
It’s like a road movie with a rebellious Paul’s journey to his mother who left him in Pennsylvania. On the way, he will have many meetings and discoveries — as fabulous as everyday ones. This is acting. Dragon — the owner of the amusement town Mr. Silk (John Turturro, he is also one of the producers of the film) — a prudent villain who looks like a self-satisfied punk, and in habits is a real Karabas Barabas. This is a lovely singing mermaid — a girl-boy, who in a past life was called Kevin, and now called the outlandish name of Aristian (Sophie Giannamore). This is a one-eyed pirate, a robber of shops Rose (Eve Hewson). And the mother-artist (Chloe Sevigny), who has forgotten her son, and the grandfather, who went through the same difficult path of the persecuted «wolf cub» (Stephen Henderson).
The picture gives an ambiguous impression: the conventions of a fairy tale, where everything is possible, do not always fit in with real life, which is why the fabulous actions of the characters often baffle the viewer. Especially — living in a different system of ideas about human values and not ready to recognize what is obvious to the majority on the planet. As in any fairy tale, distances magically shorten, and the path to distant Pennsylvania can be overcome on foot without getting particularly tired. As in a fairy tale, evil is separated from good by a stone wall, and if on one side of the wall the “wolf cub” is viciously poisoned by everyone he meets, then on the other he finds only understanding and participation. But these perplexities disappear as soon as we take into account the special circumstances of the filmmakers and its subtexts.
The authors do not make films about a distant kingdom. They talk about themselves. About their hardships, complexes overcome and battles for a rightful place under the sun. And this is the first film of its kind on our screens, calling for understanding and tolerance.
The hair on the boy’s face, although possible in reality, is in this case nothing more than a metaphor for any deviations from what the crowd is used to and recognizes as the norm. The script of the film belongs to the pen of Olivia Dufo, and she personally experienced the tragedy of a man who is instilled with self-hatred by the cultural stereotypes of the environment: «I’m not like that, I’m a freak, I’m a renegade!» For her, this film is a detailed allegory of such a psychological state. And the image of Aristiana is very important — a boy who became a girl, in whom the hero first found understanding and help. It was she who introduced him to the environment of his kind. Meeting with her was the beginning of a cure and the occasion for a sad but happy ending: kindred spirits in a hostile world found support in each other.
Czech director Martin Krejci cast 16-year-old trans actress Sophie Giannamor for the role, and she did an excellent job with the unusual role — her Mermaid is charming, poetic and truly fabulous. With her appearance in the film, the ferocious Mr. Silk is perceived not just as a Villain, but also as a metaphor for an entire society, stupid and conservative enough to perceive everything that does not fit in his mind as an ugliness suitable only for the joy of the crowds.
With all the outward fabulousness and conventionality, the film is deeply intimate, confessional, and for the creators themselves has become a way to regain dignity and pride — both in others’ and in their own eyes. Now the whole question is with what intentions we will come to the cinema — with anticipation of the next cinematic cabinet of curiosities or with the desire to understand something that until now was inaccessible to our understanding.

Infantilism or an attempt to calm down? Husband played console while wife was in labor
Heidi said that Scott brought the console right into the delivery room. «Darling, why did you bring your Xbox?» Heidi asked. “Just one game, I promise,” Scott assured her. “He will miss the birth of his son because of the Xbox,” the blogger captioned the video.

Someone found the situation funny, and someone was dissatisfied with the behavior of the future dad. “Yes, he will not help you at night when the baby is crying and you are exhausted,” commented user Petunia Love. «Seriously, Xbox can wait,» says Ana K. «I play video games, but I think it’s disrespectful, he misses important moments,» wrote Caitlyn.
Interesting on the topic
“My husband asked: “Well, maybe the second one?” while I was pushing”: funny cases during partner birth were discussed on the Internet
Others were not inclined to be so dramatic. «It’s okay, he’s trying to calm down because he’s worried and nervous about you and the baby,» Jason Tobias explained.
One commenter remembered how the same thing happened to her. “My boyfriend brought me food from Taco Bell, apologized and turned on his PS4. I had Taco Bell, so I didn’t get mad at him,» shared D.Rho. “Wow, my man did the same when all our children were born,” said Denise Alvarez. “We bought me a Playstation when it was time for childbirth, I played until I didn’t have to push,” Victoria Cisneros surprised everyone.
Heidi tried to contain her criticism of Scott and first said that she herself brought the prefix to her husband, and then that her father brought the prefix, and added that her husband always supported her. What is true and what is not, only the family knows.
Baby Sky has grown up and now sits on his dad’s lap while he plays. He even has his own toy joystick.
