Print and laminate the pages. Cut apart. Give students playdough and have them form the playdough into each upper and lowercase letter on the sheet. Use dry erase markers to trace and write the upper and lowercase letter on the included lines. You will need one copy of the page for each student or can use this at activity centers for individual practice. Great for centers, morning work, desk work, and more.

We highly recommend printing these worksheets on 8. 5” x 11” standard paper. Some products are no-prep, whereas others may require you to laminate them before use. Laminated products are best used with dry-erase markers. If you do not have a laminating machine, use page protectors or any similar sleeve.

Automation of business processes to simplify the process of passing a medical examination, preparing the necessary documentation and placing patients on a waiting list for assistance using ART at the expense of MHI. Providing objective data on the health of patients necessary for making decisions on the need for IVF, entering and deleting from the register of those awaiting medical care. The uniqueness of the project

Within the region of the NSO, there is a unique opportunity to track the history of the patient’s visits to all MOs of the MOH of the NSO. The leading specialist of the «Center for Family Planning and Reproduction» can monitor the patient’s condition at each stage of the provision of services using ART. This allows timely decisions to be made on the inclusion and exclusion of patients from the register awaiting ART for compulsory medical insurance, which increases the efficiency of the use of budgetary funds.
Analytical reports that are necessary to assess the effectiveness of procedures and control the availability of assistance are generated for the entire Novosibirsk region. The accumulated information can be used in conducting various scientific studies that can assess the effectiveness and quality of the applied ART methods. Project description

The state task in terms of providing citizens with medical care using ART is indicated by the following legislative acts:
Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 28, 2014 No. 1273 «On the program of state guarantees of free provision of medical care to citizens for 2015 and the planned period of 2016 and 2017.»
Order of the Ministry of Health of the Novosibirsk Region dated 29. 10.2014 No. 3502 «On the organization of the provision of medical care in the territory of the Novosibirsk Region to citizens insured in the system of compulsory medical insurance, using methods of assisted reproductive technologies
The regulations for the provision of medical care, the requirements for paperwork are indicated in the following letters of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation.

The created solution includes functionality intended for the work of gynecologists and andrologists. This functionality allows:
• to get acquainted with the available medical history of the patient, which includes information about outpatient appointments, the results of laboratory and instrumental studies, data on hospitalizations in the hospital, the results of medical examinations and clinical examinations, the presence of vaccinations.
•get access to information from all medical institutions that transmit information to the Uniform State Health Information System of the Russian Federation — the Ministry of Health of the NSO — 105 MO, as well as 8 MOs that are not related to the Ministry of Health of the NSO, which allows you to form an objective opinion about the patient’s health and make sure that the patient meets the requirements .
•assign a set of studies necessary to clarify the diagnosis and check for the absence of precluding signs and the need for infertility treatment using ART
• make an appointment for a patient to see other specialists, including those from other medical organizations
• generate extracts from medical records required for placement on the waiting list
• form a referral to the Center for Family Planning and Reproduction to consider the possibility of placing a woman on a waiting list for an IVF procedure at the expense of compulsory medical insurance. When creating a referral, checks will be made for the availability of the results of the required studies, for example, an analysis for the determination of anti-Müllerian hormone.
• hold a selection committee with the ability to print the conclusion of the medical committee in the form specified by the customer
In addition to the functions of the doctors performing the appointment, the functions of the responsible specialist for maintaining the waiting list have been implemented, which includes:
• obtaining operational information on the number of women on the waiting list;
• optimizing the maintenance of the waiting list, obtaining reliable and up-to-date information about patients;
•monitoring of all possible changes occurring with the patient.
• Possibility of forming a list of women for consideration for inclusion in the waiting list of citizens who are indicated for medical care using ART.
• Possibility of conducting a medical commission in the system for the selection and referral of citizens to medical organizations for the provision of medical care using ART (hereinafter referred to as the Commission).
•Implementation of a printed form of the minutes of the meeting of the Commission for the selection and referral of citizens to medical organizations for the provision of medical care using ART (approved by order of the Ministry of Health of the NSO dated 29.10.2014 No. 3502).
• The possibility of including a woman in the waiting list on the basis of the submitted documents by decision of the Commission, the responsible specialist for the formation of the waiting list.
• Possibility of exclusion of a woman from the waiting list with an indication of the reason by the decision of the Commission, the responsible specialist for the formation of the waiting list.
• The possibility of changing the status of a woman on the waiting list (possible statuses: recommended for inclusion, included, excluded, referred for IVF, received a service).
• Entering the results of providing medical care to citizens using ART into the system after receiving the service.
• Possibility of being re-included in the waiting list in the absence of pregnancy after ART by decision of the Commission, subject to the order;
• Possibility to refer a patient to an IVF procedure indicating the name of the institution.
•Implementation of a printed form of referral for the IVF procedure at the expense of compulsory medical insurance (Appendix No. 1 to the letter of the Ministry of Health of Russia dated March 18, 2014 No. 15-4/10/2-1777).
• Formation of an electronic version of the waiting list indicating the order and code of the patient without personal data for further posting on the official website of the Ministry of Health of the Novosibirsk Region.
•Implementation of a printed form of a waiting list for citizens who are indicated for medical care using ART (approved by order of the Ministry of Health of the NSO dated 29.10.2014 No. 3502).
•Informing about the low level of Anti-Müllerian hormone of the patient for the doctor included in the waiting list.
• Formation of analytics according to the list of citizens recommended for inclusion in the waiting list, aimed at the IVF procedure and citizens who received the service, indicating the result.
•Implementation of a summary report on the total number of IVF procedures performed, the number of successful and unsuccessful results of receiving the service.

Geography of the project

The project was implemented in the Novosibirsk region and involves all medical institutions of the Russian Ministry of Health in the Novosibirsk region.

Checklist: how to prepare for the new traceability rules

On July 8, 2021, it became known that all the documents necessary to start the traceability system were finally signed. This means there will be no more delays.

Company Taxcom has prepared a small checklist that will help you check how ready you are to work with traceability in 4 steps.

1. Study the legal framework

There is a lot of information about traceability, but not every source should be trusted. Most of the answers to the questions are already contained in the adopted normative documents. A list to start with:

• Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 07/01/2021 No. 1108 «On approval of the Regulations on the national system of traceability of goods.»
• Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated July 1, 2021 No. 1109 “On approval of the criteria used in the selection of certain types of goods for inclusion in the list of goods subject to traceability”.
• Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated July 1, 2021 No. 1110 “On approval of the list of goods subject to traceability”.
• Federal Law No. 371-FZ dated November 9, 2020 – amendments to the Tax Code of the Russian Federation related to traceability.
• Order of the Ministry of Finance of Russia dated February 5, 2021 No. 14n — a new procedure for the exchange of invoices.
• Government Decree No. 534 dated April 2, 2021 – changes to the forms and rules for filling out documents used in VAT calculations.
• Order of the Federal Tax Service of March 26, 2021 No. ED-7-3 / 228@ — changes in the VAT ND forms, the procedure for filling out and electronic format.
• Letter of the Federal Tax Service No. ЕА-4-15/5042@ dated April 14, 2021 — recommended forms, formats and procedures for filling out reports on traceable goods.
• Letter of the Federal Tax Service No. ЕА-4-15/6251@ dated 05.05.2021 — recommended formats for the register of received and issued invoices, books of purchases and sales and additional sheets, including information on traceable goods.

In addition, there is a forum on the website of the Federal Tax Service of the Russian Federation. The topic of traceability is one of the most popular there. If you have a specific question, you can ask it on the forum and get an answer from a tax specialist.

Look for information from primary sources. Many companies hold free and paid webinars where experts, including experts from the Federal Tax Service, thoroughly analyze the nuances of working with traceability documents, and operators, developers and integrators tell how to work with software products. 2. Update the accounting scheme

This is necessary because the traceability system is built on certain details (registration number of the batch of goods), which are recorded in the documents along the entire path of movement of the goods and your accounting system must “see” them.

• Add tracking details to the product cards in the accounting system: country of origin, FEACN, preferably OKPD 2, traceability sign.
• Highlight the items in the catalog that are subject to traceability.
• Group the nomenclature according to the FEACN for accounting in the context of the RNPT.

3. Obtain RNPT numbers

Batch registration number (RNPT) is the main traceability attribute. It is assigned to a batch of goods once and is then taken into account in all documents until the entire batch is used up.

In order to obtain the RNPT for the first time, it is necessary to conduct an inventory of the already available goods subject to traceability. Experts recommend conducting an inventory of residues live, and not just according to documents. This will help to avoid mistakes in the future and not waste time submitting clarifications to the Federal Tax Service.

Based on the results of the inventory, generate and send to the Federal Tax Service a notice of the balance. The Federal Tax Service will assign RNPT to goods.

When importing goods from the EAEU countries, it is also necessary to form a notification to the Federal Tax Service in order to obtain the RNPT number. This must be done strictly within 5 working days from the date of acceptance of the goods for accounting.

When importing traceable goods from other countries, the organization independently forms the RNPT from the number of the declaration for the goods and the serial number of the goods.

4. Select an operator and a solution for EDF

In paragraph 1.1. Art. 169 of the Tax Code says that when selling goods subject to traceability, invoices, including corrective invoices, are issued in electronic form. This means that EDI is necessary when working with traceability and there is no alternative.
